أوضحت محامية قناة الحوار التونسي سنية الدهماني أن فحوى المكالمة المسربة بين مريم الدباغ وسامي الفهري لم يبث فعليا على القناة.
وأضافت الدهماني التي كانت ضمن فريق برنامج “بالي ماسك” المكالمة حصلت في شهر جوان وتم قطع ما قالته الدبّاغ في المونتاج لأنها لم تكن على طبيعتها.
وقالت الدهماني إن مريم الدبّاغ لم تسجّل المكالمة بسوء نية قائلة “هي بلوندا وما تكابتيش بسرعة لذلك سجّلت المكالمة لتتذكر”.
وأشارت في تصريح لإذاعة إبتسامة أف أم إلى أن الدبّاغ كانت غاضبة لعدم تجديد عقدها ضمن البرنامج.
